Malinda Roderick

Co-Owner/Stylist/Colorist

Master hairstylist Malinda Roderick, owner of Envy Salon & Spa brings cutting-edge hair care to her clients through experience, education, and creative talent. A graduate of Rogers Vocational Center, Malinda, along with her business partner Ry Lay, established the business in 2007.

Malinda’s talents include all aspects of hair, but she specializes in precision haircutting techniques, coloring applications, and foiling and smoothing treatments. Her experience includes additional training and certification as a matrix color specialist, certified Brazilian blowout specialist and a Certified Coppola keratin specialist.

Ry Lay

Co-Owner/Stylist/Colorist

With more than 20 years of experience, Ry Lay opened the company with her business partner, Malinda Roderick, in 2007. After graduating from Costin Warwick Academy, she continued her education and is now a matrix color specialist and a certified Coppola keratin specialist.

She loves to use her creativity to ensure that her clients look and feel their best. Whether you prefer a natural look or something edgier, she will create a look especially for you. Come in and see for yourself how she can transform your look.

Shannon Capwell

Stylist/Colorist

Shannon Capwell joined the company in 2010. As a graduate of Tony & Guy, she loves to create customized looks that will work with your individual style and personality. Along with the other team stylist and colorists, she is also a matrix color specialist and a certified Coppola keratin specialist. She is masterful at cutting and coloring all hair types and styles for both men and women.

Leilaney Arroyo

Stylist/ Colorist

Leilaney is a talented stylistnew to the industry. Known for her hard work and exceptional client relations, she is dedicated to learning and perfecting her craft. Leilaneys commitment to excellence ensures that each client receives personalized and high-quality service, making their salon experience truly enjoyable.

Kelly Silvia

Stylist/Colorist

Kelly Silvia has been in the company since its opening in 2007. Her more than 29 years of experience have helped her master the art of color in creating a style that her clients love. She joins the other Rogers Vocational Center graduates who also received Redken and Matrix certifications. She welcomes all clients who are looking for a personal experience and a look that is sure to delight.

Kayla Kuykendall-Fox

Stylist/Colorist / Extensions

Kayla Kuykendall-Fox became part of the team in 2011. After graduating Rogers Vocational Center, she continued her education and became a certified matrix colorist and Coppola keratin specialist.

Kayla has a knack for transforming her clients’ looks by adding color, changing a cut, or simply by blow-drying hair to create a smooth and silky look. She carefully listens to each client who sits in her chair and then beautifully brings his or her vision to life.

Paige Jones

Stylist/ Colorist / Extensions

Paige is a talented hairstylist with a passion for creating beautiful blonde hair transformations. Paige has honed her skills and expertise, particularly in the art of blonding. She thrives on the challenge of perfecting shades of blonde that complement her clients’ individual features and personalities. Her meticulous approach and attention to detail ensure that each client receives a customized and stunning result. Whether it’s achieving natural-looking highlights, sun-kissed balayage, or striking platinum tones, Paige brings creativity and precision to every appointment.
